S24 or Notary – what to choose?
It depends on your needs. The S24 system is faster and cheaper in court fees, but imposes a rigid contract pattern. If you plan a company with several partners and want to secure specific terms of cooperation – we definitely recommend the notary path. Thanks to our constant cooperation with a notary, this process proceeds very smoothly.
Do you help with VAT registration?
Yes, this is our standard. As part of the company formation service, we prepare and submit the VAT-R form. We also advise on how to prepare for possible verification activities by the Tax Office so that the process proceeds smoothly.
Do I need my own premises?
Yes, to register a company it is necessary to have a legal title to the premises (e.g. lease agreement, deed of ownership). We do not offer a "virtual office" service, but we will advise you on what legal requirements your company's registered office must meet.
How long does it take to set up a company?
Sole proprietorship (JDG) is usually set up in one business day. Company registration in S24 mode usually takes a few business days. The notary path takes a little longer (depending on the court), but gives much greater possibilities of shaping the articles of association.
What if I want to change something after setting up the company?
We are here to support you also after registration. If there is a need to change PKD codes, address or update data in the office – we will help you complete all formalities.
