The Data Controller of personal data is Partner Podatkowy Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Gdańsk at ul. Pastelowa 8/64, 80-180 Gdańsk, hereinafter referred to as the "Controller", who is also the Service Provider.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO / GDPR).

Your personal data is collected and processed solely on the basis of appropriate legal grounds, and its scope depends on the type of service provided.

The personal data processed by the Controller primarily includes: first name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, data necessary to issue an invoice, and data contained in the content of the message sent to us, which we receive from you as a result of your voluntary consent.
Scope of Data Collection

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of:

taking action at your request prior to entering into a contract and for the performance of a contract – processing based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e., carrying out actions necessary to conclude a contract or actions taken prior to its conclusion;

fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, particularly in the area of finance and accounting – processing based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR;

responding to inquiries directed to us by telephone, via e-mail, and sent using the contact form available on the website – processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., the realization of the legitimate interest of the Controller related to building and developing relationships with our clients and striving to sell goods and services;

sending marketing content via the communication channel for which you have expressed voluntary marketing consent, i.e., via electronic message to the indicated e-mail address and/or telephone notifications (SMS/MMS), for the purpose of presenting offers and commercial terms – processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., the legitimate interest of the Controller;

asserting and defending against potential claims – processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., the realization of the legitimate interest of the Controller;

conducting surveys regarding the data protection security market, the level of security and data protection implementation, or satisfaction surveys – processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., the realization of the legitimate interest of the Controller.

Data Recipients

The Controller may transfer personal data exclusively to trusted recipients, such as entities providing and maintaining IT systems or solutions, entities supporting website operation, marketing service providers, and law firms providing services to Partner Podatkowy Sp. z o.o.

In the event of a purchase, data will be transferred to online payment operators with whom the Controller has entered into appropriate cooperation agreements.

If you wish to withdraw your consent, we suggest sending a message for this purpose from the same e-mail address or telephone number to which you receive marketing content. The sole consequence of withdrawing consent will be that you will no longer be able to receive information about our offer and other marketing content from us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
